Pete MacRea Architecture
The Pinnacle – Worthington Ohio
Pete Macrea reached out to me to collaborate on a very ambitious urban renewal project, in Worthington Ohio. The project was conceptual in nature, and time was short. Over several Zoom meetings we quickly drafted a proposal that was presented to The City Council of Worthington. The combination of design expertise, use of realtime rendering design charrettes, and decades of assets to pull from made this quick hit design project a success.
Abercrombie & Fitch
The Making of the Merchandise
When Abercrombie and Fitch approached me to create a walk thru animation of a new flagship prototype, I new I had to make sure the merchandise was as real as possible. This challenge allowed me to formulate a workflow that incorporated high resolution photography, and professional lighting combined with cutting edge 3d photogrammetry software to recreate the runway mannequins with incredible detail. This level of realism would be cost, and time, prohibitive using traditional 3d modeling techniques.
Tattletale
Visual Effects
Working with Tattletale, I was able provide web and video content for commercial applications to help visualize the product features that were difficult to express otherwise. Wireless range, sensor functions, setup times, were all challenges that I was able to overcome, and deliver a brand right, and cost effective solution. I even created a 15 animation showing how a tornado did not stop the unit from functioning.
Use cases
Solutions solve problems, and I have seen some problems! Check out these examples to see how I solved each one. In depth blog posts about each one coming soon…
